What formats will I receive?
Depending on the service you’ve selected, upon final mix approval, you’ll receive your master files optimized for all major immersive platforms (e.g., 48kHz-24bit ADM BWF for Dolby Atmos, ready for Apple Music, Amazon Music HD, Tidal, and more). An .mp4 with and without black video mainly for playback on mobile devices and home theater systems, a stereo direct re-render/fold-down² of your immersive mix, which includes stereo mastering. If you require a separate, dedicated stereo mix (not a re-render/fold-down), we can discuss that as an additional service.
What if I need revisions?
Our service includes unlimited revisions (within reason) to ensure you’re absolutely thrilled with the final mix. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
How long does a mix typically take?
Mixing timelines vary based on the complexity of the project and current Studio workload. During our initial consultation, we’ll provide a clear timeline estimate tailored to your specific needs. Goes without saying that we will do our best to accommodate your release schedule!
What about Stereo?
Ah, good ole’ Stereo! Streaming services require a Stereo version for fall-back. For New Releases (MegaMix™) the package includes a Stereo Mastered version. This is a carefully crafted re-render/fold-down from your Dolby Atmos mix. This is NOT an automated process; our mixing decisions ensure the stereo translation retains the integrity and impact of the immersive original.
