Why it matters
Immersive Music
Are your tracks getting lost in the noise? You’ve poured your heart into your music, yet it’s struggling to break through. You feel the frustration of knowing your music deserves more, but you’re not sure how to achieve it. You see streaming numbers, followers, and revenues plateauing, and your audience engagement isn’t where you know it could be. The current music landscape is competitive, and traditional stereo mixes only just aren’t cutting it anymore.
Imagine years down the line, most listening is an immersive experience (intricate 3D headphones, VR sets like Apple’s Vision Pro or Meta’s Quest), shows are in Sphere-type venues with extensive immersive audio systems. Think of the missed opportunities – the fans you could have connected with, the revenue you could have generated. Competitors are embracing immersive audio, leaving you behind. How much longer will you allow your music to be confined to flat, two-dimensional sound? Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE stereo (we actually provide our clients with a stereo version with all work we do). Love Mono too! And Quad! And 5.1! I love ALL recordings, but the reality is, today’s listeners crave an experience, not just a song. Without immersive audio–a Dolby Atmos Mix for example–you risk becoming irrelevant.
Let’s amplify your impact through immersive audio. At The Living Room Studios we specialize in crafting breathtaking immersive audio experiences in Dolby Atmos, Spatial Audio, Auro-3D, and Eclipsa Audio. Together, we’ll transform your music, unlocking new dimensions and creating a sound that resonates deeply with your audience and brings on new fans. We’ll future-proof your music ensuring your tracks are not just heard, but felt, for generations to come. Immersive audio will help you increase your streaming revenue, expand your reach and build a loyal fanbase. Let’s maximize your impact and make your music unforgettable.
Recently I had the honor to have the amazing Eric Burdon (The Animals) visit the studio. We played some Atmos. He said it was the best thing he’s heard in many many years! Brian Wilson (The Beach Boys) has said that Atmos was the way he imagined the Beach Boys’ iconic songs when he was creating them and how both the mono and later the stereo recordings did not translate what was in his head. Impactful stuff!!!
So, work with us, and let’s make your music the immersive experience it was always meant to be.
